As soon as I put my weight down for you at the beginning of June, I went completely off the rails for the entire month eating all the bad stuff I had resisted for five and a half years... I ended up losing nothing and gaining nothing, but I did get sick and learned that I really want to be 100% Carnivore... Interesting that I ate badly for a whole month, but did not gain an ounce... When I say badly, I did not go as far as ice-cream but I did eat vegetables and fruits ... and maybe some deep-fried battered prawns and chicken... corn on the cobb, mushrooms, strawberries and grapes, and cheese omelete ... it was terrible... my Arthritis came back painfully.

Just got home!!

SPEC. TACULAR. Three hours in the oven at 300°? Oh, 350°!

Are you also getting your Free T4 and Free T3 tested? You can have normal levels and still be low thyroid if your Free T3 is low. I’ve been on thyroid meds for almost 30 years, so I have a bit of experience with this. 🤪. We love you Cassie. You are an inspiration and a warrior!

Don't eat any food for 7 days, only drink water. That's how you lose weight. You will not die. Trust me. I have done it.

6:30 most if not all of them have exciters like "natural flavors", yeast extract, etc which are similar to MSG. From what I've heard and my personal experience, they excite the brain like a drug that practically bypasses your natural appetite. Telling your brain that "this is good" without actually tasting all that good, to begin with. I believe they target a little mechanism in your brain, and we keep seeking that excitement, causing us to eat more and more.

Our house loves cheese! This video was VERY helpful. I am struggling with wanting to go No Dairy for July because I am addicted to the cream....but I know I need to because its bothering my gut.

My peripheral neuropathy has improved and in fact that was why I started the carnivore diet two and a half years ago. My doctor told me it would not improve but would get steadily worse. I still use some spices with my meat but I want to try cutting those out as well. And coffee!!! 😢😢😢

Ok, I went a little differently on my challenge. I thought it was more important that I quit smoking. So, we all know what happened there... I'm up 13lbs. But for this month, I'm back on track. Yes, I successfully quit smoking after 40 plus years.🎉

Congratulations on finding a delicious way to get healthy! I tried to be a vegetarian, and was always hungry, Finally, my one knee just gave up! (Mind you, I was Not losing weight!) My cousin said, we are Scottish, our heritage is we eat meat. So, Went back to eating meat, now I am healthier and happier, the knee works fin. I walk just fine again. I really had every intention of being a part of this challenge. Only lost 4 pounds the first part of the month, then on the 18th I had Quadruple Bypass surgery🫀and gained 21 pounds of inflammation! I lost a fair amount of that fluid while in recovery in the hospital. However I am still up 5 pounds from my pre surgery weight…so I don’t know, gained 1 pound? Rough month for me. Happy to be alive, not sure what I am doing diet wise moving forward. The cardiologists strongly promote Whole Food, Plant Based…argh! Trying to figure out how to proceed…

Started at 199 ended at 189. Best i have done for a while…i did not stick to BBBE fully. I had a couple days with cream and a carnivore pizza-so i had cheese. I fasted 24 then a steak and butter fast 24 then steak and butter. I did this a few days a week. Cant wait for this months challenge!! 😊
